It’s time to show off your best downward dog alongside some adoptable cats at the SPCA Albrecht Center’s Cats on the Mat event! This cat yoga experience is perfect for any skill level (no experience necessary) & is a fun way to relax and find your inner zen. Instructed by Sarah Acord from Aiken Yoga, Cats on the Mat is our favorite way to relieve some stress in the company of some of the SPCA’s adoptable felines. Please bring your own mat – we’ll provide the cats. Ages 12+ welcome. Space is limited, so be sure to pick up your $10 advance ticket now ($15 at the door) – COMING SOON!
