BOOKING THE ROOM FOR YOUR EVENT!

Call the Director of Special Events, Emilee Heise, at (803) 648-6863 or send email to Emilee@LetLoveLive.org to discuss room availability for your desired date.

If the room is available, the Director of Special Events will schedule a time to meet with the renter to see the room and give them the Rental Information and Guidelines to book the room.

Read over all of the outlined guidelines and room information; sign to signify you have agreed to the terms.

Fill out the Rental Agreement and Paperwork on page 11-13 of the Rental Information and Guidelines document.

Bring/mail the signed Rental Information and Guidelines and filled out Rental Agreement and Paperwork to the SPCA Albrecht Center with $100 check for the refundable deposit to the SPCA Albrecht Center; 199 Willow Run Road.

Show up the day of your rental and enjoy your event!
PLEASE NOTE: You must check room availability before proceeding with the rental process. The room will be held for ONE WEEK after expressing interest and will not be formally booked until the required documents have been signed/filled out and deposit have been paid.
