Get ready to tee off for tails! The SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare is thrilled to announce our upcoming “Playing for Paws Golf Tournament.” A day where every swing, putt, and drive contributes to a truly great cause. By joining us on the greens, you’re not just playing a game – you’re becoming a supporter for animals in need.

Every ticket sold and every hole played at the tournament supports our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome local homeless animals. Last year alone, we waved goodbye to over 1,000 adopted pets as they found their forever homes and walked out of our shelter doors with their new families. This year, we’re aiming even higher, but we need your help!

Event Details:

Date and Time: Check-in at 10:30 am, with a shotgun start at 12 pm.

Location: Woodside Country Club.

Format: 18-hole, 4-person scramble. A purrfect blend of competition and fun!

Registration: $125 per player or $500 for a team of four. Secure your spot by March 4th.

Sponsorships Available: Want to make a bigger impact? Check out our sponsorship options.

Who says charity can’t be thrilling? At the “Playing for Paws” tournament, excitement is par for the course. Brace yourself for a chance to win an extraordinary hole-in-one prize sponsored by the generous folks at B&B Ford of Barnwell, SC. Imagine driving home in either a sleek Ford Mustang GT Premium or an eco-friendly Ford Mach-E!

Your participation in the “Playing for Paws” Golf Tournament raises funds that go straight to the heart of our operations – from providing medical care to ensuring a comfortable stay for the animals in our shelter awaiting adoption.

More funds mean more rescued animals, more adoptions, and more happy endings. Your involvement in this event plays a critical role in making these stories possible.

Shelter dog Lars is ready, for the tournament and for adoption!

Ready to make a difference while enjoying a fun day of golf? Join us at Woodside Country Club on March 18th for some friendly competition, all in the spirit of helping animals. Register today and be a part of a movement that’s bigger than the game – it’s about giving every animal the chance they deserve at a loving, forever home and family. Don’t miss out on the fun and the opportunity to change lives – one putt at a time.
